The Anderson Center's role as an artist community has evolved to encompass on-site studio artists as well as the visiting artists, writers and scholars who occupy the campus for six months of the year through our residency
program.
The Tower View campus provides studio spaces at affordable rents for local artists. The mix has included such diverse talents as film making and screenwriting, photography, sculpting, painting and pottery making. Some studio artists work in the main gallery/classroom building, while others rent individual studios created by converting existing buildings or by constructing new facilities.
