Archeological Field Station
The Red Wing Archaeology Field Station serves as a research facility for archaeological studies of the Silvernale site. This season the Minnesota State University at Mankato archaeological field school, directed by Dr Ronald Schirmer, began searching for the earlier Late Woodland materials that may be at the site. This is the only active archaeological research program in the state at this time.

Environmental Learning Center (ELC)
The mission of the ELC is to instill an awareness and appreciation for the local environment in young people through year-round outdoor educational programs.

Sheldon Theatre Scene Shop
The Sheldon Scene Shop is used to build scenery and props for productions of the Sheldon Theatre, the Phoenix Theater and the Red Wing High School Theater. It is run completely by volunteers.

Tower View Alternative High School
Tower View Alternative High School offers programs for students between the ages of 16 and 21 (with ninth grade credit) who are experiencing difficulty in the traditional high school. Upon completion of graduation requirements, students receive a Red Wing High School Diploma.
