Nature Walk & Sculpture Garden
Developed by the Center in 1996, with assistance from the Red Wing Environmental Learning Center and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, this 15 acre area offers a number of prominent outdoor sculptures by some of Minnesota's finest artists as well as a sampling of the region's native ecosystems. It includes a nature walk through tallgrass prairie, northern hardwood groves, and central hard-wood trees. It serves as an artistic and educational resource, wildlife habitat, and a place of reflection where one can capture a glimpse of the original natural history of the area in both fact and spirit.
