Youth Writing Workshops with Sruthi Narayanan, artist in residence
Artist in residence Sruthi Narayanan is leading an outdoor creative writing workshops with middle school-aged students on Tuesday, August 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Lower Quarry picnic area of Memorial Park. Sruthi sees this as a unique opportunity for area students to ask direct questions and learn about the writing process, but also see firsthand that there is no artist “archetype” or one-size-fits-all way of creating. Masks are encouraged!
