AC Presents: Room3

Anderson Center Presents Room3 in concert on Friday, March 6. Room3 is a jazz fusion wild card rooted in tradition yet driven by experimentation. Their sound is imaginative, melodic and rhythmically sharp, mixing elements of bebop, contemporary jazz, prog rock, funk and more. The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.). This is an all ages show.

About the Artists

The Room3 collective operates out of Minneapolis most commonly as a five-piece, with Eli Awada on keyboards, Wormdove (aka Beck Anderson) on bass, RAWTWHYLAH (aka Colin Mitchell) on drums, Evan Espinoza Robles on percussion and Mike Green on guitar. Room3 has performed at prestigious venues across the Twin Cities, from The Dakota to the First Avenue Main Room, for over two years. They were selected as one of First Avenue’s “Best New Bands of 2024.” Their debut album, “Bill’s Garden,” is out now.

Concert at the Anderson Center Barn in Red Wing

Anderson Center at Tower View is an artist community dedicated to advancing new art and ideas in an inspiring, historic setting in Red Wing, Minnesota. The Tower View Barn is a wood-clad, resonant space that creates a uniquely intimate concert experience.

Accessibility

This event is held in the Tower View Barn, which is accessible via an ADA-compliant ramp. Seating is in rows of padded, armless chairs.
