The Anderson Center is the perfect venue for your next meeting, retreat, or organization event. We offer a variety of room and package options to meet your needs.

Overnight Stays

The Historic Tower View Residence (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) is a Georgian Revival style house. Beautifully crafted cherry woodwork and decorative painting are featured throughout the house. The downstairs offers a remodeled kitchen, full dining room, living room, master bedroom and bath, plus a library and a large screened porch. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a sitting room. The house can provide accommodations for up to 10 overnight guests.

The Tower View Residence is available from November 1 through March 31 and is the ideal setting for gatherings, receptions, holiday parties, and weekend retreats. The house includes Wi-Fi connection and a laundry room. The residence is located near the Cannon Valley Trail.

The Anderson Center’s Winter Retreat program offers short-term residencies during the month of January for artists and writers seeking concentrated creative time to reflect and advance their personal artistic goals. A Winter Retreat at the Anderson Center is a fee-based opportunity for up to four artists at a time to live in community and fellowship while working on their own projects in the inspiring setting of the historic Tower View Estate. Tower view Barn

Restored with impeccable attention to detail, the Tower View Barn provides a unique and inspiring venue for your next business meeting or group event. This space is Wi-Fi enabled and the barn can be arranged to meet the needs of gatherings of up to 117 people. The adjacent roof-top deck is also available. The Center has several meeting/gathering table arrangements that can be adapted to suit your needs.

    $450 per day (limit of 117 people)
    Special Non-profit rate: $300 per day

    Includes tables/chairs, Wi-Fi, 1 hour of set up, projector and linens. Additional set up time will be charged at $20/hour. Security will be charged at $20/hour outside of normal operating hours (8 a.m. - 4 p.m. M - F & 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sat).

          Artist Rate: $100 per night, per room

            2-night minimum - discount for 3 or more nights
            Limit of 10 overnight guests

            Café & Kitchen

            The Café may be used for business meetings or used in conjunction with the Barn to accommodate large business groups. A state of the art commercial kitchen is connected to the Café. The Café can accommodate up to 70 people.

                      Anderson Center is not available for weddings or other private events. Anderson Center staff may refuse requests that do not align with our mission.
