Dance
New York, NY
September 2025, four weeks
Elenor Kleber Diggs artistic practices include dance, videography, photography, projection, and sound to research the relationship between abstraction and meaning making. Central to their work is fragmented movement, sound, and image. They collect and archive these elements from everyday life and use improvisation to reorder and reshape them, letting connections surface. Their process utilizes an engagement of space, structure, and identity to examine how seemingly disparate parts can build coherence through culmination — performance, phrase work, a film, a series of photos, or sound collage. During the residency they plan to work on an evening length solo performance.
