Elizabeth R. Baer, PhD., is an academic who specializes in women’s and Holocaust studies. She has published numerous articles and books on these topics. She is also a senior researcher with the United State Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. Baer spent her residency at the Anderson Center to complete work on a book.
