Khuth situates her practice within a lineage of artists who seek to follow, reimagine, and write the presence of trans womanhood into history. Within public memory and institutional archives, trans women are erased or forced into names that do not belong to them. As a response, she bridges the languages of serigraphy (screenprinting), photography, and collage to form paper assemblages that keep record of the knowledge embedded in trans and queer memory. Processes of collecting, listening to, unfolding, and reshaping fragments become gestures towards mapping and reflecting through ideas of origin, archives, transformation, and lineage.
